| Stage 5 Studios was founded by Matt and Elisabeth in 2006 as a collaboration of photographers and graphic
designers who are dedicated to services and products that contribute to our community. Photography captures memories and emotions of moments that would otherwise be lost. It is such
a powerful medium. Whether it be a senior or family portrait, a sports or school photograph of a child, or a fashion shoot for a future model or musician - these are the "once in a lifetime" portraits that we dilligently strive to create.
You will find our staff to be easy-going and fun in and out of the studio. It is important to us that our clients feel comfortable in order to create good imagery and good relationships. You may also notice by looking through our galleries that no image is like another just as no person is identical to another. A photograph should capture the essence of the subject, and that is what we strive to achieve. Matt's experiences in photography began in 1995 when he would spend hours on end in the darkroom developing film and prints. He went on to receive his degree in Photography from White Pines College (now Chester College) in New Hampshire and spent the following years assisting high-end wedding and commercial photographers, as well as taking requests for developing Black & White prints for dedicated clients. Currently, since 2002, Matt spends his time making portraits for families, high school seniors, models, and musicians. He is also the lead photographer for school photography programs in close to 20 elementary, middle, and high schools in the State of Massachusetts. Elisabeth began her career in photography working for a Massachusetts studio focusing on high school senior portraits and school photography programs. For eight years, she managed the affairs of the studio as well as the contracts for close to 20 elementary, middle, and high schools. She now enjoys assisting Matt on photo shoots and consulting with clients. Elisabeth has earned her Liberal Arts degree as well as Certificates in Multimedia and Graphic Design. She continues to pursue a degree in Information Technology and Business. |
